Coil winding is the application to wind the wire as specified turns, resistance and size. The coil winding machine is designed for alternator manufacturing industry.
From standard coil winding machines which require an operator to manually load the wire and unload the coils, we progress onto automatic coil winding machines.
Our winding machine will automatically wind sets of coils directly into an indexing former set with the help of servo operated guide. After completing of one set, it indexed to next station for winding. This speeds up the process of guiding the wire and unloading the coil. The automatic coil winding machines are all supplied with a PLC servo controlled operating system giving high performance to production line.
